Job Responsibilities
Prepare the Equipment, Piping Modeling in PDS.
Preparing of pipe route study of Heat exchangers, Pumps, Pipe Rack, Storage tanks.
Identifying clash/interface checks and resolving technical conflicts.
Re-route and revise lines based on revised P&ID.
Review with DRV & NAVIS, clash checking, resolving technical conflicts, Coordination with other disciplines.
Reviewing of equipment datasheets & Vendor drawings.
Preparation of Proposal Layouts, Preparation of piping Layouts, Detail drawings for Refineries Power plant, Recovery Boilers & Paper mills.
Downcomer piping, Riser piping, Attemperator piping, Feed water piping, Spray water piping and Soot blower piping. (Piping Layouts, Isometric drawings & Supports)
Columns, Platforms, Staircase & Boiler supporting structure

He shall undertake Project site visits and shall guide, supervise, coordinate and monitor the work of other experts in his team as well as those of the Concessionaire. The candidate is required to be a Senior Highway Engineer, who should have a proven record of supervising, organising and managing of construction of highway projects and also of Project preparation of large magnitudes projects, as defined below, financed by international lending agencies and others. Knowledge of Project management shall be an added advantage.
He should have the following qualification / experience.
(1) Essential Qualifications.
(a) Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
(b) Total Professional Experience of 15 years.
(c) At least 5 years experience in Highway Development Project.
(d) He should have handled as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision / IC involving 4 laning/ 6-laning/ Expressway of minimum 50km length OR 4 laning/ 6 laning of Highway Projects costing more than Rs.2000 million.
(e) He should have handled as Team Leader or similar capacity of at least two Projects of project Preparation of major highway Project of four laning/ six- laning/ expressway costing more than Rs. 2000 million or of at least 50 km length.
(f) Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Major Highway Projects.
(2) Preferential Qualifications.
(a) Post Graduate Degree in Highway Engineering.
(b) Highway Development Projects taken up under PPP.
(c) Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management.
