• Position: Alliance Manager
• Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi
Profile & JD
• Bilingual Arab National (Male/Female)
• Graduate + MBA (preferred)
• 7-10 years of work experience in the Middle East IT industry with 3-4 experience in the IT services Industry
• Strong relationships with Middle East Principle Alliances i.e. Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, EMC, SAS, Informatica, Tibco, Software AG etc
• Should have worked in the UAE market for at least 3-4 years
• Should have at least 5 years experience of building and managing alliances in the GCC Countries with a leading IT Solution Provider
• Should have at least 2-3 years experience of building and managing local partners in the GCC Countries with a leading IT Solution Provider
• Excellent knowledge of the GCC IT Market in particular UAE, KSA and Qatar.
• Experience of working closely and collaborating with Sales and Account Management Teams is a must
• Must have basic Industry understanding in any of the key verticals ie Banking, Insurance, Retail & Manufacturing
• Must have good technology understanding of solutions in ERP, CRM, EDW, Portal, Content Mgmt, EAI, ADMS, IT IS and Testing.
• Excellent network of regional Clients with sound understanding of the regional culture
• Preferably strong relationship with Analyst viz. IDC, Forrester, etc
• Self Starter, Self Motivated and High Energy person with a passion to achieve his/her goals. Must be Result Oriented
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Should have UAE Driving license with own car
