Exp – 3 –8 Yrs

Position -

1.      Structural Engineers:

The candidate should:

·         Develop concept/design for new steel structures and modifications together with PDMS designer

·         Perform analysis and detail calculations of new steel structures and prepare design reports

·         Perform verification of existing steel structures

·         Perform checking of structural design reports

·         Perform engineering check of structural drawings

·         Prepare work packages and installation philosophies

·         Interface with other disciplines in order to obtain required information

·         Manage other engineers and designers as required

·         Ensure project deliveries according to milestone dates

·         Report progress and update plan

Competencies Required:

·         Knowledge of structural steel analysis, preferably within Brownfield.

·         Experienced with use of Staad.Pro or equivalent.

·         Experienced in preparation of calculations to verify structural steel details.

·         Preferably familiar with  NORSOK and Eurocodes for steel constructions

 Experience: 3-10 years

             Qualification : BTech(Civil)/MTech(Structures)

2. Pipe Stress Engineers:

The candidate should:

·         Perform Stress analysis, checking and input to EWP's (engineering Work Packages) related to Brownfield projects on offshore facilities

·         Perform static stress analysis (Basic Stress Theory and Developments, Fatigue, Code Compliance, Piping Design for Loading Types, Modelling and Analysis of the Piping System into Caesar II)

·         Perform dynamic analysis (Variation of loads; Random [wind, earthquake], Harmonic [vibration, equipment- and acoustic vibration], Impulse [relief valve, fluid hammer, slug flow], Modelling and Analysis of the Piping System into Caesar II)

·         Be conversant with codes like ASME, NORSOK, DnV, API

·         Have knowledge of special criteria’s with respect to bridges between offshore platforms

·         Generate critical line list

·         Be conversant with use of PDMS Work Instructions

·         Be proactive with respect to communication with other engineering disciplines

·         Be proficient with Piping Stress by use of CaesarII  with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

 Experience: 3-5 years

             Qualification :  BTech(Mechanical)

3. Structural PDMS Designers:

The candidate should:

·         Develop concept/design for new steel structures and modifications together with engineers

·         Perform 3D modeling of steel structures using PDMS.

·         Prepare 2D drawings using PDMS draft.

·         Prepare MTOs.

·         Provide input to progress reporting

·         Be proficient in structural steel design using PDMS Design and PDMS Draft. Experience from oil & gas industry.

·         Be preferably within Brownfield. Min 2 years of experience with PDMS Design and PDMS Draft

 Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification :  Diploma/BTech(Mechanical)

4. Pipe Support Engineers:

The candidate should:

·         Perform pipe support design, calculations, checking and input to EWP's (Engineering Work Packages) related to Brownfield projects on offshore facilities

·         Perform Pipe Support Frames Calculation

·         Perform Trunnion Calculation

·         Perform Witch Hanger Calculation

·         Design of Pipe Supports for Critical lines base on the Stress Isometrics

·         Decide the location and functionality of Pipe Supports for non-critical lines

·         3D modeling of Pipe Supports using PDMS/MDS software

·         Extract 2D draft from 3D model using the Draft module of PDMS for the Detailing and Fabrication drawings

·         Produce MTOs from standard PDMS macros

·         Provide 3D pictures for inclusion in reports

·         Be conversant with use of PDMS Work Instructions

·         Be proactive with respect to communication with other engineering disciplines

·         Be proficient in pipe support design by use of PDMS MDS and draft. Well known with Layout requirements. Experience from Oil and Gas Industry

5. Pipe Designers:

The candidate should:

·         Perform pipe design and production of EWP's (engineering Work Packages) related to Brownfield projects on offshore facilities

·         Prepare piping layout based on the requirements in piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and plot plans in accordance with project and international standards

·         Prepare piping arrangement drawings in PDMS Draft

·         Perform PDMS 3D modeling of piping and prepare isometric drawings through PDMS Isodraft

·         Produce MTOs from standard PDMS macros

·         Provide 3D pictures for inclusion in Reports

·         Be conversant with use of PDMS Work Instructions

·         Be proactive with respect to communication with other engineering disciplines

·         Be proficient in piping design by use of PDMS design and draft.

·         Be converant with Layout requirements with experience from Oil and Gas Industry

 Experience: 3-10 years

ஆனால் காலப் போக்கில் கொவிகம என்கிற அடையாளப் பெயரை உரித்தாக்கி கொண்டது ராஜபக்ஸ வம்சம். டி. எஸ். சேனநாயக்க மற்றும் ஏனைய அரசியல் குடும்பத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களை போன்று காட்டிக் கொண்டது.
