We are looking for Sub-Contract Engineer for 1 year extendable contract with our client, an International Oil & Gas Consultancy in Qatar. There is scope for Direct Hire after contract completion.

Educational Qualification:B.E/ B.Tech

Experience:Minimum 10 years experience Sub contract of Engineering services. Experience Sub Contract administration in Offshore / Oil & Gas.
Conversant with Sub Contracting of Construction packages/LSTK in EPIC companies.

Job Description:
Review of Technical project specifications
Estimation of Material ,Equipment, Services and performance requirement
Development of Tender Documents, Develops tender budget and forecasts Floating and handle subcontract enquiries
Review of subcontracts proposal, Commercial Bid Evaluation, Subcontract negotiations
Development of bid tabulations and recommends choice of subcontractor
Development of Subcontract Agreement and Award of Subcontract Agreement
Analysis and Preparation of Contractual Letters between Contractor and Subcontractor
Coordination with Subcontractors and site related matters, Subcontract Monitoring
Analysis, Monitoring & Expedite the Subcontract Milestone Completion, Payment Schedules
Coordination with Project Engineering Team, Subcontract Claim Analysis and Finalization
Subcontract Dispute resolution, Monitoring and communicates contract's progress
Subcontract Close-out.

I have an excellent job job opportunity for Piping Designer in Hannibal, MO with one of the leading Petrochemical Industry Company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Designing moderate to complex piping systems using field techniques and 2D CAD Systems with full understanding of piping material specifications used in the petrochemical and refining industries
• Preparation of moderately complex design drawings such as:
o Piping Plans and Elevations (Ortho’s)
o Piping Sections and Details
o Piping Isometrics and Bill of Materials
o Standard Pipe Support and Details
o Plot Plan Development
• Performing field design work as required (dimensions, elevations)
• Performing squad check of vendor drawings and drawings from other disciplines
• Providing assistance to the Project Engineer in the areas of the following: organize/plan jobs, write/review specifications, prepare/maintain schedules, develop/monitor estimates and manpower forecasts, and work with client and home office
• Preparing estimates, schedules, and material forecasts
• Developing client relations
• Exhibiting thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations and industry practices, etc.
