Job Description

Specialist subsea contractor based in the UAE, working on specialist SURF and IRM projects for leading operators across the globe.  Recently undergone a period of restructuring and looking for a Project Manager to join the company and drive its future success.

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Director has accountability for all Company projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget. The Project Manager is accountable for the Supply Chain function.

*Responsible for developing project execution strategy and execution plan

*Overall responsibility for production of robust technical solution for proposal

*Responsibility for ensuring technical and cost input to proposal is coordinated with Commercial department

*Participates in negotiations with client and incorporating all changes into final proposal/handover to execution

*Preparation of the Project Exceution Plan and project mobilisation plan

*QHSE responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience

*PMP Qualified

*Experience in SURF projects or new build

*Minimum 5 years relevant experience with offshore diving operations

*Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory position (related to the above)

*Minimum 2 years experience in project administration
