Job Description :

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1  Performs planning and co-ordination of all maintenance & inspection activities including preparation of daily schedule of works and update of monthly planning schedule. Ensures that work orders are processed and updated on SAP, and jobs are planned and executed according to priorities and resources available.

1.2  Liaises with resident service engineer, supervisor and senior technicians to determine the manpower, materials and other requirements of work and schedules work order as per the resources available.

1.3  Liaises with company planners on day to day basis for necessary support services.

1.4  Estimates and plans material and other resources requirements for various maintenance and modification programs for on line analysers. Follows up with stores to ensure the availability of required materials (stock & non stock items) for timely execution of planned major activities.

1.5  Prepare and issues daily / weekly and monthly reports for all analyzer activities.

1.6  Prepare and reviews backlog reports and takes necessary action to achieve a minimum level of backlog.

1.7  Ensure compliance with maintenance planning work methods and procedures. Ensure systematic update of SAP/CMMS and MS-Win project.

1.8  Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication including, calls, faxes, mail, e-mail, memorandums, reports, etc, as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

1.9  Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

1.10                Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.

1.11                Participates in HSE meetings and company QHSE promotional programs.

1.12                Reports all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Department if supervisor/manager is not available.

1.13                Performs a wide range of planning and administrative tasks to support the “Electrical” and “Instrument & Control” Maintenance Team.

 2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

 Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical

 Familiar with planning activities in Oil and Gas industry. Experience with SAP is added advantage. Familiar with MS- office

6)     Maintains the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of the equipment and systems.

7)     Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

8)     Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.

	பொன்னிறமானதும் தனியே எடுத்து வைக்கவும்.
	அதே நெய்யில் பிரிஞ்சி இலை தாளித்து அரைத்த விழுதை சேர்க்கவும்.
	பச்சை வாசனை அடங்கியதும் மட்டன் சேர்த்து கிளறவும். ஐந்து நிமிடம் வதக்கி வினிகர், மட்டனுக்கு தேவையான உப்பு மற்றும் அரை கப் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து மூடி வைக்கவும். தீயை குறைத்து வைக்கவும்.
	மல்லி இலை, புதினா, பட்டை, ஏலக்காய், கிராம்பு, சோம்பு, பச்சை மிளகாய் சேர்த்து அரைத்து வைக்கவும். தயிர் கெட்டியாக இல்லையென்றால் ஒரு மஸ்லின் துணியில் வடிகட்டிக் கொள்ளவும். இப்பொழுது அரைத்தவற்றை தயிருடன் சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்.
	மட்டன் ஒரளவுக்கு வெந்த பிறகு, அதில் உள்ள கிரேவி திக்கான பின் தயிர் கலவையை சேர்க்கவும். பத்து நிமிடம் கழித்து இறக்கவும்.
	தனியே வேறு ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் அரிசியை முக்கால் பதமாக வடித்து வைக்கவும். வடித்தவுடன் வாய் அகலமான பாத்திரத்தில் கொட்டி விடவும். குங்கும பூவை சிறிதளவு பாலில் கலக்கி சாதத்தில் ஆங்காங்கே ஊற்றவும். திராட்சையை தனியே நெய்யில் வறுத்து சாதத்தில் கொட்டவும்.
	அவனை 300 F (150 C) முற்சூடு செய்யவும். இப்பொழுது ஒரு பெரிய ட்ரேவில் ஒரு லேயர் சாதம் போட்டு அதன் பின்னர் மட்டன் கலவை போட்டு பின்னர் வறுத்த வெங்காயம் போடவும். சிறிதளவு பாலை ஊற்றவும். இதே போல் எத்தனை லேயர் வருகிறதோ அது வரையில் செய்யவும்.
	மேலே ஒரு ஃபாயில் போட்டு சீல் செய்து அவனில் வைக்கவும். (அறுசுவையில் உள்ள வேறு முறையிலும் கூட தம் போடலாம்!)
	ஒரு மணி நேரம் கழித்து திறக்கவும். இப்பொழுது சுவையான மொஹல் பிரியாணி ரெடி.

	தேங்காயை பூப்போல ஒரே சீராக துருவி வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும். ஏலக்காயை தோல் நீக்கி விதையை மட்டும் பொடித்து வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
	மைதாவில் உப்பு, சோடா மாவு, வெண்ணெய், எண்ணெய் சேர்த்து நன்றாக பிசைந்து ஒரு 15 நிமிடங்கள் ஊற வைக்கவும்.
	வெறும் வாணலியை சூடாக்கி அதில் தேங்காயை ஈரம் போக வதக்கவும்.
	பின்பு அதில் சர்க்கரையை சேர்த்து, அதன் பின் ஏலக்காய் தூளை சேர்த்து இறக்கி ஆற வைக்கவும்.
	ஒரு பாத்திரத்தை அடுப்பில் வைத்து அதில் சர்க்கரையையும், தண்ணீரையும் சேர்த்து பாகு பதத்திற்கு காய்ச்சி இறக்கி வைக்கவும்.
	ஊற வைத்த மைதாவை பூரிக்கு இடுவது போல கொஞ்சம் கனமாக தேய்த்து அதில் தயாரித்து வைத்த பூரணத்தை வைத்து சோமாசுக்கு மடிப்பதை போல ஓரங்களை நன்றாக அழுத்தி விட்டு மடிக்கவும்.
	அடுப்பில் வாணலியை வைத்து சூடானதும் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி, பிறகு எண்ணெய் காய்ந்ததும் தயாரித்து வைத்த பூர்ண பூரிகளை போட்டு பொன்னிறமாக பொரித்தெடுக்கவும்.
	பொரித்து வைத்த பூரிகளை சர்க்கரை பாகில் போட்டு 45 நிமிடங்கள் ஊற வைக்கவும்.
	பிறகு தட்டுகளில் தனியாக எடுத்து வைத்து முந்திரி, பிஸ்தா, பாதாம் தூவி அலங்கரித்து பரிமாறவும்.

	உளுந்து மற்றும் அரிசியை ஒன்றாக சேர்த்து ஒரு மணி நேரம் ஊற வைத்து வடை மாவு பதத்திற்கு(தண்ணீர் ரொம்ப சேர்க்காமல்) அரைக்கவும். தேங்காய் பால் எடுத்து வைத்து கொள்ளவும். அதனுடன் பால், ஏலக்காய் தூள், ருசிகேற்ப சீனி சேர்த்து வைக்கவும்.
	அரைத்து வைத்து இருக்கும் மாவில் ஒரு சிட்டிகை சமையல் சோடா கலந்து சிறு சிறு உருண்டைகளாக எண்ணெயில் போடவும்.
	நல்ல பொன்னிறமாக வறுத்து, தனியாக எடுத்து வைக்கவும்..
	பரிமாறும் பொழுது தேவையான அளவு பணியாரத்தை எடுத்து, அதில் தேங்காய் பால் சேர்த்து பரிமாறவும்.

காரைக்குடி பக்கம் இருப்பவர்கள் வீட்டில் நடக்கும் திருமணம், விஷேசங்கள் போன்றவற்றில் இந்த பலகாரம் கண்டிப்பாக இருக்கும்.

	சட்னிக்கு டேட்ஸ் விதை நீக்கி, புளி மற்றும் மிளகாய் வற்றல் சேர்த்து சூடான நீர் விட்டு ஊற விட்டு மற்றவையும் சேர்த்து நைசாக அரைக்கவும்.
	சன்னாவை நன்றாக ஊற வைத்து உப்பு சேர்த்து பஞ்சு போல வேக வைத்து எடுக்கவும். வெங்காயம் பொடியாக நறுக்கவும். தக்காளி பொடியாக நறுக்கி உள்ளே உள்ள சதை பகுதியை நீக்கவும்.
	இனி வேக வைத்த சன்னாவை ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் போட்டு அதில் ஒரு கப் சன்னாவிற்கு 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி அளவு சட்னி சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
	பின் நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம், தக்காளி, கொத்தமல்லி இலை, தேவைக்கு உப்பு சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்.
	கடைசியாக பரிமாறும் போது பொரி சேர்க்க விரும்பினால் சேர்த்து பிரட்டவும்.

Rotary Equipment Specialist

 

Job Description:

As a Rotary Equipment specialist, you will be a part of the Regional Reliability Engineering Team. Your key role would be to help ensure that all rotary machines are maintained using best practice maintenance strategies that result in required reliability performance of plant machinery and systems at optimal cost.

Principal responsibilities

• Primary focus on in-house operations and maintaining of existing machinery.
• Bring in-house expertise in the maintenance of rotary machines including expansion turbines throughout the Region. Train the local maintenance staff on the maintenance best practices to the level of OEM engineers.
• Optimize/ reduce maintenance spend on spares through assessing the condition of ex-service components, reconditioning removed components etc.
• Take care of emergent events and supervise rectification of failed equipment including engineering management of change (MOC) compliance, key decision making and determination of root cause etc.
• Working with regions, individual plants, RE, Remote Operating Centre (ROC) and Power Engineering (PE) teams, establish a quarterly Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) managed comprehensive key equipment health review process and report on developing issues, changes in status, and recommended actions and mitigation (include vibration, oil, catalyst, thermography, cooler approach, machine efficiency, cooling system)
• Maintain a data base of CBM best practice by plant category and equipment type, including both technical scope and business practice.
• Provide a monthly management report on CBM activities

Levels of engagement

• Work with the country / site maintenance teams to make sure that the rotary machines are maintained as per the best practices.
• Work with global team of rotary machine experts to identify and implement the areas of improvements and a global CBM strategy.
• Work with Procurement to ensure maximum leverage and support is obtained with regards to overall Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) vendor spend and execution support.
• Working with Business Development / Project execution to provide expert advice on new opportunities/ projects.

Required key skills

• Hands-on experience on rotary machine maintenance. Strong condition based monitoring experience including centrifugal compressors, large electric drive motors, gas turbines, refrigeration systems, steam systems, pumps, general mechanical systems such as adsorption systems/dryers and electrical installations.
• In depth knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques including the use of computerized maintenance management systems (EAM / Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage these processes

Required qualifications/experience

• Minimum 15 years experience on maintenance of rotary machines including big and small centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, expansion turbines, pumps etc.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, leadership and influencing skills.
• Good communication skills.

Lead Process Engineer

The incumbent  will be the Onshore technical focal point for all Process Engineering governance, advice and support within the defined sphere of expertise and responsible to ensure BoD and FEED consistency in design proposals for the onshore packages. You will also provide guidance and work closely with the Operations Teams and Project Teams to maintain plant integrity and support achievement of production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Be able to develop a comprehensive understanding of the onshore wide pan-packages processes and the impact on the upstream assets.
•    Detailed understanding of operational and engineering processes and has to work closely with colleagues and contractors across a number of different functional areas.
•    Liaise with onshore packages, contractors, discipline leaders and upstream and downstream assets.
•    Ensure readiness of onshore Process Engineering for Ichthys Production facilities start-up.
•    Lead, co-ordinate, produce Process Engineering documentation in line with the demands of the varying onshore packages and operations.
•    To undertake Process engineering design work in with true regard to Safety both in design detail and engineering design execution.
•    To clearly understand the Codes and Standards applicable to the work carried out and raise deviations where necessary.
•    Supervision of technical detail, budget and schedule of Process design in Project.
•    Handle most innovative projects involving Concept/ FEED studies, EPC Detailed Design Projects as part of the overall project scope of works.

Requirements:
•    Minimum Degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering.
•    Minimum 12 years of experience in FEED and Detail Engineering Design in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
•    Lead experience or capability of leading a engineer team intermediate to senior professionals
•    Excellent technical communication and coordination skills.
•    Proven track record engineering design.
