Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Civil
Experience
• 5 years

Job Descriptions
• Review Structural requirement for Hook-up and Commissioning works in a project.
• Attend site visit and produce Site Visit Report to verify and confirm Structural works requirement as per Specification and Drawings related to the project.
• Review, check and verify all Structural drawings and documents related to Project.
• Produce Material Take-Off and Material Requisition for Structural discipline related to project.
• Finalize material and size of structure for fabrication.
• Monitor on-shore fabrication works related to any structure.
• Produce Job Cards for Structural discipline related to project.
• Prepare Structural Schedule of Works when required by Client or (Planning Dept.) for the project.
• Prepare, produce and respond to all Technical Query and Site Technical Query related to structural to and from Clients.
• Evaluate, review and confirm all Technical proposal or submission from Sub-contractors or Suppliers to meet project specifications and requirement.
• Supervise fabrication, preparation, calibration and complete Check List of all installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Structural Items.
• Advise Workpack Team Leader on sequencing and scheduling of Structural scope related to project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report for Workpack Team Leader and Clients, if required.
• Attend all Weekly, Monthly and Progress Meetings and be accountable for all structural issues.

Position : TA/MECHANICAL/PIPING ENGINEER
Qualification : Degree in Engineering
Experience
Minimum 1 years working experience in oil and gas industry. Knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering. Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, petroleum refineries, gas compression facilities, ROV equipment or other related petroleum processing plant.

Job Descriptions
o Reports directly to WorkPack Team Leader
o Familiar with P&ID, piping plan, isometrics, rotating machineries, material handling equipment pressure vessel and other miscellaneous equipment.
o Prepare Jobcard/WorkPack and perform field work during hook-up and commissioning.

Position : E & I ENGINEER
Qualification : Shall possess a recognized degree in either Electrical or Instrument Engineering
Experience
- Shall have at least 7 years construction experience in the offshore Oil and Gas Industries, of which 5 years shall be in preparing workpacks and follow up execution on offshore hook-up and commissioning projects

Job Descriptions
 E & I Engineer I shall be more senior than E & I Engineer II and shall be assigned with MAJOR PROJECTS or projects with high profile and critically.
 Shall support the Field Engineer in preparing the E & I portion of the workpacks in accordance to the Workpack preparation guideline.
 Shall ensure all safety concerns are addressed in the Workpacks
 Shall comply with all COMPANY Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the workpacks.
 Shall report to the Construction Superintendent if the WORK require assistance in the offshore execution phase.

Qualification : Must possess Degree in any Engineering field
Experience
 Possess a Diploma/Degree in (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) Engineering or equivalent
 Minimum 5 years of experience in petrochemical or refinery industries with proven experience of turnaround or overhauls or EPCC planning
 Ability to communicate effectively with management
 Good understanding of typical trade activities
 Understanding of planning tools especially shutdown and turnaround methodology
 Good written skills
 Awareness of HSE practices used in the Petrochemical and Refinery Industries is an added advantage

Skill/Attributes
 Possess a good working knowledge of Primavera P3/P6 and Microsoft Office - Excel

Position : WORKPACK TEAM LEADER
Qualification : Shall possess a recognized degree in any discipline of engineering
Experience
 Shall have a minimum of 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industries or construction industry.
 Shall have a minimum of 5 years in preparing offshore execution workplace and further 5 years in managing a team of workpack engineers
 Shall be conversant with construction norms and planning tools.

Job Descriptions
- Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the Workpack Team and assign projects to the workpack engineers in accordance to the size and criticality of the projects.
- Shall be fully accountable for the timely delivery of accurate and good quality workpacks as required by Client
- Shall organise workscoping, workpack preparations, offshore executions, close-out reports and monitor construction performance
- Shall issue AFC workpacks, close-out reports, weekly progress reports and performance monitoring reports
- Shall accelerate workpacks issuance in compliance with the latest Client’s work programme (Integrated Barge Schedule)
- Shall incorporate the latest project key dates in the workpacks as per the latest Client’s work programme (Integrated Barge Schedule)
- Shall comply with all Client’s Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the workpacks
- Shall review all workpacks and ensure all safety concerns are addressed and accurate

Position : HSE OFFICER
Job Purpose
To provide effective HSE coordination and representation of company activities at Company’s contracted work sites, ensuring HSE risks are managed according to Company HSE Management Standards.

Qualification
- Recognised qualification in occupational health and safety e.g. Certified SHO with DOSH, Malaysia or equivalent International recognized body
- Malaysian national essential.

Competencies

- Risk management and risk assessment skills
- Ability to conduct HSE Audits

Experience
- 5 years plus HSE experience in oil and gas exploration and production
- Prior experience working in a PSC environment

Position Description
- Manage HSE issues on the worksite to ensure the effective use of resources and the achievement of HSE plans and objectives.
- Provide HSE advice and assistance to Company Site Representative
- Liaise with onshore HSE Engineer & Client’s HSE staff to ensure effective use of best practice and consistency in approach to HSE activities.
- Promote a risk based approach to HSE management systems and ensure implemented and fit for purpose.
- Support the implementation and achievement of targeted HSE objectives and performance measures.
- Lead initiatives to promote visible and proactive management commitment and employee involvement in HSE activities.
- Review existing training plans and specific campaign training needs, provide training as appropriate and/or facilitate visiting specialist trainers.
- Ensure there is an effective system for collecting, storing, analysing, tracking and reporting HSE performance data.
- Completion of weekly HSE reports.
- Participate in HSE Audits with Client.
