கிருமியால் விளைந்த வயிற்றுப்போக்கு ஏற்படும்போது, குழந்தைகள் படுத்தபடியே ஓய்வெடுக்க வேண்டும். கேரட்டை வேகவைத்து அதனை கூழாக்கி, வயிற்றுப் போக்கு ஆகும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொடுப்பது நல்லது.

குடல் ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கு மோர் மிகவும் முக்கியமானது. மோரில் உள்ள அமிலம் கிருமிகளை எதிர்த்து போராடுகிறது.

வயிற்றுப் போக்கு ஆகும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஒரு நாளைக்கு 4 முறை மோர் கொடுக்கலாம். மோரைக் கொடுப்பதால் சளி பிடிக்கும் என்று பயம் இருந்தால், மோரை நன்கு சூடாக்கிக் கொடுக்கலாம்.

	அடுப்பில் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தை வைத்து நன்கு சூடானதும் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி கடுகு, உளுத்தம்பருப்பு, கடலை பருப்பை பொரிய விடவும்.
	பிறகு பச்சை மிளகாயை போட்டு இரண்டு நிமிடம் வதக்கி, வெங்காயத்தை சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்.
	பின்பு, தக்காளியை சேர்த்து நன்கு குழைய வதக்கி தேவையான அளவு தண்ணீர், மஞ்சள் தூள், உப்பு சேர்த்து மூடி வைக்கவும்.
	தண்ணீர் ஓரளவு சுண்ட தொடங்கும் போது பாத்திரத்தை இறக்கி வைத்து பொடித்து வைத்த பொட்டுக்கடலையை மெதுவாக தூவி கட்டியில்லாமல் கலக்கவும். பிறகு கொத்தமல்லி தூவி பரிமாறவும்.

	மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேவையான பொருட்களை தயாராக எடுத்து வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
	பால் பவுடரில் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கரைத்து வைத்துக் கொள்ளவேண்டும். எலுமிச்சம் பழத்தை பிழிந்து சிறிதளவு தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கலந்து வைக்கவும்.
	கரைத்து வைத்த பாலை அடுப்பில் வைத்து கொதிக்க வைக்க வேண்டும். அடி பிடிக்காமல் இருக்க கரண்டியால் கலக்கிக் கொண்டே இருக்கவும். பால் பொங்கி வரும் போது சிறிது எலுமிச்சை ரசத்தை ஊற்றி கரண்டியால் கலக்கவும்.
	2 நிமிட இடைவெளியில் மீதம் இருக்கும் ரசத்தையும் சேர்த்து கலக்கி இரண்டு நிமிடம் அடுப்பில் விடவும். இப்போது தண்ணீர் தனியாக பனீர் தனியாக இருக்கும்.
	ஒரு வெந்நிற காட்டன் துணியை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு அதில் பனீரை கொட்டி தண்ணீரை பிரித்து விட்டு, பனீரை நல்ல தண்ணீரில் அலச வேண்டும். அப்போது தான் எலுமிச்சையின் புளிப்பு இல்லாமல் இருக்கும். 2, 3 முறை அலசிய பிறகு அதே துணியில் மூட்டை போல கட்டி நன்றாக தண்ணீரை பிழிந்து விடவும்.
	அதை ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் கொட்டி அளந்துக் கொள்ளவும். அதற்கு இரண்டு பங்கு சர்க்கரையும், சர்க்கரைக்கு 4 பங்கு தண்ணீரும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
	இப்போது ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் சர்க்கரையை கொட்டி அதில் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க வைக்கவும்.
	பனீரை துணியில் இருந்து தனியாக எடுத்து ஒரு தட்டில் கொட்டி கட்டிகள் இல்லாமல் நன்றாக நைசாக பிசைய வேண்டும். பனீர் ரவை ரவையாக இருக்கும். அப்படி இருந்தால் ஷுகர் சிரப்பில் போடும் போது தனித்தனியாக போய்விடும். அதனால் சிறிது கூட கட்டிகள் இல்லாமல் பிசைந்து சிறு சிறு உருண்டைகளாக்கி வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும். அதன் மேல் ஒரு ஈரத்துணியால் போர்த்தி வைக்க வேண்டும். பனீர் உருண்டைகள் காய்ந்து விட்டால் விண்டு போய் விடும்.
	சர்க்கரை கொதித்து பிசுபிசுப்பாக சிரப் பதத்திற்கு வரும் போது தயாரித்து வைத்த உருண்டைகளை அதில் மெதுவாக ஒவ்வொன்றாக போட்டு 10 நிமிடங்கள் வேக வைக்கவும்.
	உருண்டைகள் வெந்து பந்து போல வெண்மையாக இருக்கும். இப்போது இறக்கி ஆற வைத்து ரோஸ் எசன்ஸ் சேர்த்து ப்ரிட்ஜில் வைத்து குளிர்ந்ததும் பரிமாறலாம்.
