Telephonic Interview
About our Client : A leading group of company in Kuwait for their restructuring for Equipment Supplies division.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and profit budgets. 

• Prepare & implement yearly sales plan along with product marketing strategy
• Work closely with the principal engineering & sales team to deliver clients/ customer expectations

Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. 
• At least 5-7 years in Oil & Gas, Power with 3 years in Sales & Marketing position
• Knowledge in field instruments like pressure/temperature/level transmitters, flow meters, process analysers, boiler burner management systems.
• Exposure to access controls, CCTV, Building management system will be an added advantage.
• Good presentation/ communications skills in English language with a strong bent towards directSales and Marketing
• Dynamic, self motivated & team player
•  Kuwait driving license is an added advantage.

About our Client : GCC is  British Management Construction company in Qatar involved in Various top projects from Ministry and Private sector.

Job Description :

Estimator shall be responsible for the following but not be limited to the important activities:

i) Collection of tender inquiries and documents for the pre tender works.

ii) Preparation and submission of tenders/ quotations.

iii) Collection of quotations for various subcontracted items for the bidding of the new tenders.

iv) Site visits for the new tenders.

v) Calculation of quantities and variations for the bidding of new projects and post tendering.

vi) Submission of all tenders on time, collection of all post tender information.

vii) Management of all the documentations of estimating department

viii) Co-ordination with client/ consultant for new contracts.

ix) Submission of pre-qualification documents.

x) Verify the Quality, Safety and Environment requirements of the tenders. ( Rev.01)

xi) Give the feed back on Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements to QA/QC and HSE department. ( Rev.01)

xii) Implement and monitor the Quality, Safety and Environmental management in estimation department. (Rev.01)

Candidates will have good construction knowledge.  Estimator will be able to produce fully analytical Tenders using CCS computer estimating package.

Graduates in B.E / B.Tech / Civil Engineering with 5-10 years plus experience in Estimation required.  It is preferred each candidate have 3-5 years middle east experience and must have an ability to work with full a management team.  Salary and conditions according to experience.
