About the Business LineMining/Minerals & Industry
We deliver mines, mineral processing plants and associated infrastructure across some of the world’s richest resource regions including Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Asia and Africa. The Role

This position represents an outstanding opportunity to join our Minerals & Industry Group.  Working within a team of highly capable, successful and professional designers, this position is responsible for providing technical support in the production of engineering drawings.
Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible for the mechanical design of plant and equipment and mining and process plant layout.  The ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal stakeholders including engineers across multiple disciplines will drive your success and enable you to influence positive outcomes for the business. This role will also be responsible for the sharing of technical expertise and knowledge to guide and mentor junior designers.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position applicants must have a minimum 8 years in a similar position and related industry, fully conversant with current relevant Australian standards and have a complete understanding of conveyor and chute layout and design. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD/Microstation and have experience with 3D modeling and 2D drawing extraction.
