Preparation of IBR Package
• Familiar with piping codes, standards and practices followed internationally like ASME B31.3, ASTM, API, ASME, BS, ISO, MSS SP, NACE, IS.
• Involved in the Preparation of Piping Material Specifications and Valve Datasheet (Gate/ Globe/ Check/ Ball/ Plug/ Butterfly/ Needle) to International Codes (ASME, ASTM, API, BS, IS, ISO, MSS-SP).
• Preparation of Technical specifications for pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, fasteners & special items (e.g. Strainers, Steam traps, Hoses, Sample Cooler, Silencers etc).
• Preparation of Material Requisitions for Enquiry and Purchase.
• Technical bid evaluation of supplier quotations for valves, specialty items and piping items.
• Checking of vendor’s drawings for valves, special items prior to delivery.
• Preparation of Piping Scope of work and Schedule of rates.
