Job Description :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Construction of High and Medium Voltage Substation projects with EPC Contractors.
- Working direct under the transmission division Director and executing all his instruction.
Read carefully the contract conditions, scope of work, payment conditions, technical specifications, and put the outline of his project.
Schedule in coordination with planning department all the project works and activities, showing the period of each activity, relations between activities and determine the critical path of his project.
Arrange with the design and civil department all the design works of the project, submit it for the client approval and follow it up till issuing the IFC drawings.
Arranging the design, delivery, supervision of erection and commissioning with the suppliers.
He is the link between the site and the other departments and suppliers.
Issuing the monthly progress report for the client and bi weekly report for the internal purposes of the company showing the progress up to date, delay { if any} and difficulties which affect the critical path of the project .Invoicing all the completed works to the client and follow the payment up to the collection of the money .
Arrange all the site works with his site manger, supply him with the approved drawing, explain him the priorities and the company policy and strategy.
Measure the performance of the site and intervenes himself to correct, adjust or change the circumstances may affect the productivity of the site staff .regularly, he has to check the timeschedule, compare the base line to the actual achieve works, and give his instructions to improve the situation or to make a recovery plan to overcome any delay in coordination with his superiors.
He is arranged with the financial and administration to have a record for the project expenses and store accedes to control the cost of the project.
he is entitled to assure the quality of the executed works via the QC/QA engineer who is directly reporting to him
He is entitled to assure and implement the safety on the site, the site engineer is directly reporting to the project manager.
The candidate for this job should have at least ten years experience in the field of project management, PMP certificate is preferable..

Job Description :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Construction of High and Medium Voltage Substation projects with EPC Contractors.
- Oversee and review the full range of project coordination activities including the review of reports
- Plans and specifications ensuring compliance with standards.
- Plan and prioritize work assignments
- Participates in the establishment of construction methods and project schedules
- Coordinate progress meetings
- Assists in the interpretation of drawings and specifications to resolve differences on technical matters.
- Ensure the project’s compliance with budget, quality and schedule constraints.
- Lead and participate in a broad range of project coordination activities associated with the preparation
- Review and evaluation of plans and specifications.
- Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities and assist resolving disputes.
- Prepare a work plan strategy for the timely project completion.
- Adhere to project reporting procedures including performance status report on cost and schedules
- Advise on Subcontract Agreement preparation and award procedures ensuring conformity with Legal, technical and administrative standards.
- Coordinate project activities with Subcontractors and monitors the implementation of Subcontract Agreements
