Job Description
Urgently required for a leading & largest Business Group in the execution of Construction Projects in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Inspector shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes, as required by the scope of the Contract, such as ASME Sec I,V,VIII and XI, ASME B31.3/4/8 and API 620/650 and AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the inspection work. As a minimum, he shall have experience with:
-Installation of equipment such as Pumps, Motors, Skids, Valves, Vessel, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Auxiliary Equipment, Package Equipment in Plant construction…etc.
-Piping System & Pipeline
-Hot Tap Procedure
-Vessel, tank and spheres construction
-Structural steel erection
-Hot/ cold insulation
-Past Saudi Aramco approval is an advantage.
-Installation of equipment such as Pumps, Motors, Skids, Valves, Vessel, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Auxiliary Equipment, Package Equipment in Plant construction…etc.

Job Description

-A general understanding of Quality Management System preferably in accordance with ISO-9001-2008.
-Engineering Degree / Diploma, CSWIP 3.1/2 or AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
-Non Destructive Testing Qualifications in RT, MT, PT, UT & VT in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent are added advantage.
-At least 5 years of total industrial experience in the field of Mechanical, Fabrication and Construction Industries and 3 years mandatory documented inspection experience exposure to Mechanical, Fabrication and Construction works and 2 years mandatory documented inspection experience exposure to Mechanical, Fabrication and Construction works in contract scope of work (e.g. Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Projects, Infrastructure, Communication).
-Review and witnessing of Non Destructive Testing to Petrochemical Plant requirements
-Heat Treatment requirements and application knowledge of Formed / welded components.
-Must have a high capability to read / Interpret piping isometric and associated drawings.
-Should have a good knowledge in understanding and interpreting the approved ITP & QAP of the project.
-Should have a sound knowledge in interpreting WPS / PQR / WQTR with the project specifications and the applicable international codes.
-A good standard oral and writing technical English knowledge is essential for effective communication.
-Past Saudi Aramco approval is an advantage.
