Job Description
Responsible for the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental QHSSE)matters on-board vessels and in the head office. The position entails managing, complying to and maintaining internal codes/procedures and familiarity with ISM/ISPS code, ISO 9001 and related activities with regards to safety. In addition, the ISM Executive will manage safety inspections, unannounced audits, internal/external audits for the vessels assigned to. This is to include ensuring that the documentation for the entire fleet is in order per the ISM and ISPS code, review and maintenance of the ISM and making recommendations as needed.

Requirements
1. Managing, complying and maintaining company internal code and procedures, ISM & ISPS Code and related activities in regards to safety
2. Managing safety inspections, unannounced audits, internal & external audits of related departments and the entire fleet in accordance to the ISM and ISPS Code to the highest standards
3. Complying /maintaining documentation and filing system of related department in accordance to the ISM and ISPS Code
4. Ensuring the entire fleet documentation and filing system is in accordance to the ISM & ISPS Code
5. Maintaining and analyzing the effectiveness of the ISM & ISPS Code, of related departments and the entire fleet by identifying opportunities to optimize departmental effectiveness through procedures and providing recommendations for making required changes
6. Plan for personnel training related ISM & ISPS Code including technical and non-technical training with external training institution /organization
7. Setting-up in-house training for matters related to ISM and ISPS Code for the entire fleet
8. Manage individual vessel’s expenditure for the entire fleet and departmental budget within the approved budget
9. Liaising with external organizations for successful and positive implementation of ISM & ISPS Code for the entire fleet
10. Assist the Fleet manager in special task/projects assigned on all other business, task and projects of the company, including branding of company identity

Requirements:

Requirements:

Project Manager- Need a Senior project Manager- Saudi Arabia- with 20 yrs exp in TL industry. Should have a valid passport. Should be heading a region atleast for past 3-4 years. Family accommodation provided by the company, Mess facility at site for fooding, transportation provided by company. Once every year air passage provided by company. 30 days PL provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handles complete project from (post-tender) award stage to completion stage.
2. Plans and forecasts project budget and human resource requirements.
3. Ensures project completion in time and with in budgeted cost
4. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Implements engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
6. Maintains complete project documentation with respect to design and construction
7. Monitors the progress of project and updates corporate office as frequently as required.
8. Communicates with client and discusses about the project, contractual issues, contract validation etc
9. Co-ordinates with sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods at the project site.
10. Handle local purchase and payment related issues.
11. Handle various business development activities like study of upcoming projects, tracking of competitor information, promotion of Company business, visiting potential clients, making strategic alliances etc in that country
12. Apprise HO in various strategic issues in the region
13. Interact with local bodies, political parties to ensure smooth execution of the project .

Desired qualification:
B.E./B.Tech Electrical/Civil Engg.
Experience required:
15-20 yrs relevant exp (Transmission Line)
