Position: Offshore Structural Design Engineer(Mechanical Background)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Location: Dubai
Job Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and approve structure design through the application of international codes and simulations of expected operational and environmental conditions.
• Lead a team of engineers and draughtsman to deliver jobs mentioned in scope.
• Development and review of calculations, general arrangements and detailed fabrication drawings for used by other discipline engineers and site personal to allow simple, quick and clash free installation.
• Provide input to drafting team, checking and approval of detailed engineering drawings.
• Work closely with HVAC, electrical, architectural engineers in the placement and sizing of structural elements to allow equipment, services, future maintenance and considered to allow easy installation and long term operation by end user.

Note: Seniors persons of the company are company India(Mumbai) on this Sunday i.e 6th July’2014, face to face interview will be arranged in Mumbai if shortlisted. Reimbursement of the tickets for travelling(only for the candidates outside Mumbai) will be done by the company

Job Description:
* Establishing liaison with architects and engineers in order to understand the nature of the project.
* Should have ability to create manual ands computer based drawings.
* Should have the skills to create two and three dimensional drawings.
* Piping designers for 3D model design using Smart Plant3D. Experience as well in equipment modeling, drawings extraction and preparation, etc
* Diploma is accepted for some of the described activities.
* At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in some of the mentioned positions.
* Excellent level of English
* Site experience will be positive although not strictly required.
* The draftsman should be able to create drawings according to the requirements of the client
