- Degree qualified Building Services Engineer
- Minimum 6 yrs experience with MEP contracting organisation
- Multi tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible approach
- IT literate and be able use relevant software packages; i.e. Hevacomp etc.
- Estimates on both MEP and soft services
- Accurate take off quantities from drawings/specifications.
- Review bills of quantities; obtain compliant quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Commercial & Technical evaluations of received quotations.
- Compose & maintain database of material costs, suppliers & sub contractors’ details.
