• Planning engineers develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for a particular project, in conjunction with the site manager.
• They plan and oversee the entire program  of work and must anticipate a contract’s demands in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges.

             Measure the performance of the site and intervenes himself to correct, adjust or change thecircumstances may affect the productivity of the site staff .regularly, he has to check the timeschedule, compare the base line to the actual achieve works, and give his instructions to improve the situation or to make a recovery plan to overcome any delay in coordination with his superiors.
