5 to 10 years as Facilities Manager in a leading Facilities Management company.

Should have managed multi story building / commercial establishments.

Should have managed hard services like HVAC Maintenance, Electrical, Generators, Plumbing, masonry etc and soft services like cleaning/housekeeping, mail room, reprography, landscaping etc.

Other skills:

Excellent communication skills, very good in Microsoft applications (especially MS Excel and Power Point etc), leadership skills, excellent client relationship skills, should be self-driven guy etc.

Qualification:

B.E in Mechanical Engineering with exposure of Electrical engineering
