	சிக்கன் துண்டுகளை சிறியதாக நறுக்கி அதில் பாதி மிளகாய் தூள், உப்பு, மஞ்சள் தூள், எலுமிச்சை சாறு கலந்து ஒரு மணி நேரம் ஊற விடவும்.
	பின் பஜ்ஜி மிக்ஸ், அரிசி மாவு, மீதமுள்ள மிளகாய் தூள், உப்பு, கொத்தமல்லி இலை எல்லாம் சேர்த்து நீர் சிறிது விட்டு பிசைந்து வைக்கவும்.
	கடாயில் எண்ணெய் விட்டு காய்ந்ததும் இவற்றை பக்கோடா போடுவது போல் போட்டு பொரித்து எடுக்கவும்.
	சூடான எண்ணெயில் சிறிது கறிவேப்பிலையும் பொரித்து சேர்க்கவும். சுவையான சிக்கன் பக்கோடா தயார்.

இதில் ஃபுட் கலர் ஏதும் சேர்க்க தேவை இல்லை. மிளகாய் தூள் கலரே நல்ல சிவப்பு கலர் கொடுக்கும். கறிவேப்பிலையை சிக்கன் பொரிக்கும் முன்பே எண்ணெயில் பொரித்து எடுத்தால் சிக்கனிலும் அந்த வாசம் நன்றாக இருக்கும். சிக்கனை சிறுத் துண்டுகளாக போடுவது நல்லது. காரம், உப்பு எல்லாம் சிக்கனில் ஊறும். பஜ்ஜி மாவு பயன்படுத்தாமல், நீங்களே கடலை மாவு, அரிசி மாவு, உப்பு, மிளகாய் தூள் கலந்து பயன்படுத்தலாம். பஜ்ஜி மாவு பயன்படுத்தும் போது உப்பு, காரம் அதில் ஏற்கனவே இருக்கும் என்பதால் குறைவாக சேர்த்தால் போதுமானது.

	அரைக்க கொடுத்தவற்றை தேவையான நீர் விட்டு நன்றாக அரைக்கவும்.
	பாத்திரத்தில் எண்ணெய் விட்டு காய்ந்ததும் தாளிக்கவும். இதில் வெங்காயம், பச்சை மிளகாய், கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து வதக்கி, பின் தக்காளி சேர்த்து குழைய வதக்கவும்.
	தூள் வகை எல்லாம் சேர்த்து பிரட்டி சிறிது நீர் விடவும்.
	இதில் அரைத்த விழுது சேர்த்து தேவையான நீர் விட்டு பச்சை வாசம் போக நன்றாக கொதிக்க விடவும். அடிபிடிக்காமல் அடிக்கடி கிளறி விடவும்.
	நன்றாக கொதித்து குருமா பதம் வந்ததும் கொத்தமல்லி தூவி எடுக்கவும். சுவையான பொட்டுக்கடலை குருமா தயார். தோசை, இட்லிக்கு சுலபமான சுவையான குருமா.

	பின்பு மசாலாதூள் சேர்த்து எண்ணெய் பிரியும் வரை வதக்கவும்.
	கொஞ்சமாக தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து வேக விடவும். தண்ணீர் வற்றி காய் வேகவில்லை எனில் மேலும் சிறிது நீர் சேர்த்து வேக விடவும்.
	காய் வெந்து தண்ணீர் முழுவதும் வற்றியதும் மிளகு தூள் சேர்த்து கிளறி அடுப்பை அணைக்கவும்.
	இப்போது சுவையான பெப்பர் கத்தரிக்காய் ரெடி.

இதில் மிளகுதூளின் அளவை அவரவர் காரத்திற்கு ஏற்றாற் போல் கூட்டி குறைத்து கொள்ளவும். இதில் சேர்த்துள்ள மசாலா தூள் நான் குழம்பிற்கு பயன்படுத்துவது. வரமிளகாய், மல்லி விதை, சீரகம், சோம்பு, மிளகு, உளுந்தம்பருப்பு, துவரம் பருப்பு, அரிசி, பட்டை, லவங்கம், அன்னாசிப்பூ இதெல்லாம் சேர்த்து வறுத்து மிஷினில் அரைத்தது. நீங்கள் அவரவர் உபயோகிக்கும் குழம்பு மிளகாய் தூளையே இதற்கு உபயோகப்படுத்தலாம்.

The Operator is responsible for the entire field operations of all equipment in his assigned area, and types of equipment generally consist of all or some of the following items: Pumps, compressors, turbines, storage tanks, separators, furnaces, pipelines, columns/vessels, control valves, block valves, loading arms and jetty equipment. - To prepare various key Performance Indicator commitment checklists for management perusal.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:
