Job Description :
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Performs planning and co-ordination of all maintenance & inspection activities including preparation of daily schedule of works and update of monthly planning schedule. Ensures that work orders are processed and updated on SAP, and jobs are planned and executed according to priorities and resources available.
1.2 Liaises with resident service engineer, supervisor and senior technicians to determine the manpower, materials and other requirements of work and schedules work order as per the resources available.
1.3 Liaises with company planners on day to day basis for necessary support services.
1.4 Estimates and plans material and other resources requirements for various maintenance and modification programs for on line analysers. Follows up with stores to ensure the availability of required materials (stock & non stock items) for timely execution of planned major activities.
1.5 Prepare and issues daily / weekly and monthly reports for all analyzer activities.
1.6 Prepare and reviews backlog reports and takes necessary action to achieve a minimum level of backlog.
1.7 Ensure compliance with maintenance planning work methods and procedures. Ensure systematic update of SAP/CMMS and MS-Win project.
1.8 Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication including, calls, faxes, mail, e-mail, memorandums, reports, etc, as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
1.9 Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
1.10 Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.
1.11 Participates in HSE meetings and company QHSE promotional programs.
1.12 Reports all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Department if supervisor/manager is not available.
1.13 Performs a wide range of planning and administrative tasks to support the “Electrical” and “Instrument & Control” Maintenance Team.
2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical
Familiar with planning activities in Oil and Gas industry. Experience with SAP is added advantage. Familiar with MS- office
Experience:
Minimum of 3 – 4 years in maintenance planning preferably in oil/gas

- 1. RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Carries out installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and modifications of a wide range of on-line analyzers and associated equipment.
2) Receives daily work schedule and instructions from the Resident engineer / supervisor – analyzers. Obtains approved “Permit to work”, necessary tools and spare parts to carry out the job. Ensures that all on-line analyzers and associated equipment maintenance, installation or modification work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable work methods and procedures, and in compliance with QHSE standards.
3) Carries out the routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various on-lineanalyzers and associated equipment. Carries out verifications tests and test runs after maintenance and troubleshooting.
4) Carries out minor shutdown maintenance or engineering work.
5) Performs installation of new on-line analyzers and associated equipment as per direction. Carries out equipment and systems modifications as per specific instructions received from Resident Engineer – analyzers.
6) Maintains the maintenance logbook, recording details of the works carried out/completed including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of the equipment and systems.
7) Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
8) Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.

recognised Diploma in engineering
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in Maintenance of on-line analyzers
