General:
Member of the Company's Project Management Team
Reporting:
Reports to Senior Project Manager.
Experience:

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or physical sciences from a recognized university. Class of degree does not matter, we will do the sieving ourselves.

• Collate and issue Document Deliverables Register for all sites and follow up implementation.
• Carry out project planning and cost control using MS project and/or Primavera or other tools approved by the company
• Liaise with Senior Project Managers to monitor progress in Human Resourcing Plan.
• Prepare invoice as per milestones completed and ensure that client representative approves milestone/invoice to enable payment.
• Follow-up generated invoices to ensure payment on due date
• Analyze vendor invoice and recommend project invoice for payment.
• Generate and monitor tracking system for Project team action points and technical queries.
• Prepare minutes for Project progress review meetings with clients, contractor/sub-contractor and contractor/client company and ensure close out of all action points.
• Keep track of project management cost and ensure it stays within budget.
• Be a champion for team building and maintain good team spirit within the team and within clients’ organizations•
• Deliver assigned active worksite on schedule, budget and HSE requirements.
Other Requirements:
• The work pressure on this job is very real and cannot be exaggerated.
• The selected candidate will be expected to be self motivated, self starting and will work under extreme mentally challenging conditions.
• Loyalty to the job and company is paramount.
