- Defining the project scope
- Preparing piping layout and isometric drawing for different projects and MOC .
- Preparing equipment layout for different projects; equipment modelling
- Carrying out piping stress analysis using caepipe software and reviewing Different types of piping support.
- Preparing BOM and MTO for projects and MOC.
- Carrying out cost estimation for different type of MOC(management of change)
- Carrying out TBA for piping items, valves, pressure vessel like heat exchanger, column.
- Reviewing piping Isometric Drawings, P&I Drawings and General Arrangement Drawings.
- Inspecting fabricated spools with technological collaboration according to piping Isometric Drawing. .
- Eliminating obsolete processes involved in design, production & working towards value-addition.
