OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY
To achieve sales targets as directed through telephonic perseverance and focus on the optimum distribution of all Mars brands in accordance with segment requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
  1. Negotiate and close sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis through the preparation, accuracy and perseverance of all customer calls and orders.
  2. Execute all tasks as per the Telesales Customer Operation Process.
  3. Manage the efficient sell in of promotional activities by setting call objectives.
  4. Achieve brand distribution targets based on each segment and customer category.
  5. Ensure 100% call coverage in compliance with the call plan sequence and follow up on all unanswered calls.
  6. Maintain customer database by following the Customer Master process in making amendments when there are changes in customer details.
  7. Ensure product freshness and quality by probing customers for any complaints regarding damages or expiry.
  8. Achieve customer satisfaction by dealing efficiently with all market queries and providing the appropriate telephonic feedback.
  9. Perform customer surveys from time to time on various research data as and when required.
  10. Ensure data accuracy in entering and capturing all orders as well as in the maintenance of records.
  11. Follow up on any complaints regarding company assets where maintenance is required or requests are made.
  12. Develop customers by identifying new opportunities and communicate them effectively in the daily market reports for execution.
  13. Ensure accuracy in reporting all in market activities and the updation of all KPI reports.

Qualifications
 Education/Licensure:

Professional Experience:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

2. Manages and maintains the Research Laboratory in compliance with the laws governing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the standards adopted by the Ministry of Health; and accrediting and regulatory bodies such as the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations Center or Disease Control; National Institute of Health; World Health Organization; Occupational Safety and Health Administration; National Fire Protection Association; Nuclear Regulation Commission; and the Environmental Protection Agency.
3. Updates Research Laboratory policy and procedure as needed.
4. Demonstrates expertise in molecular techniques that encompass gene expression, cellbiology and proteomics.
5. Executions of experiments within the laboratory to elucidate, develop and recommend key procedures related to pathogenesis of ocular disorders and biology of cancer.
6. Publishes papers in high quality peer reviewed journals independently in the area of expertise and in collaboration with medical staff.
7. Conduct Research Laboratory management meetings.
8. Directs, supervises and maintains the efficient day-to-day running of the Stem Cell Unit.
9. Ensures the prompt testing and processing of samples received in the Research Laboratory and the production of results of the highest possible quality.
10. Applies for KACST  and other grants through funding agencies in area of research.
11. Ensures maintenance of records of quality control of Research Laboratory testing, personnel standards, equipment standards, proficiency testing, and inspection/accreditation programs
12. Proficient in independently preparing reports, publications and presentations, as required.
13. Prepares monthly Research Laboratory progress reports, and quarterly quality assurance activity reports, safety reports, and equipment maintenance reports as suggested by the Director of Research.
14. Reviews productivity of Research laboratory personnel as needed.
15. Prepares annual report of the Research Laboratory activities.
16. Completes an annual inventory of Research Laboratory equipment.
17. Collaborates with outside Laboratories/Facilities in the community.
18. Provides consultation, if required, in the area of expertise.

  •   Working direct under the transmission division Director and executing all his instruction.
