Technical Assistants
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

1. To work closely with Document Control Clerk (DCC) and technical disciplines in preparing any documentation related to projects. 
2. To assist Executive, Administration in up keeping of office
3. To assist in maintenance of proper project filing system.
4. Responsible to support clerical work for the entire projects.
5. To monitor stationery list & Safety Equipment (PPE)
6. Ensure office maintenance are in good condition
7. To raise MSRF for Non Project related

Requirements:

1. Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in any discipline. 
2. Knowledge in computer is essential.
3. Require to work independently with minimal supervision.

CMMS Technician

-Min. Certificate in Computing or Engineering or equivalent

-Knowledge in CMMS,SAP PM Module.Other SAP modules can be considered.

-2 years experience or more in managing or utilizing or supporting CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
