Job Description :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Construction of High and Medium Voltage Substation projects with EPC Contractors.
- Responsible for performing analysis/feasibility studies to determine appropriate media (telco, radio, fiber, etc.) for telecommunications service into utility sites
- Will initiate requests to implement appropriate media (telco, radio,fiber, etc.) fortelecommunications service into utility sites
- Will specify and procure telecommunications materials per standard designs, including radios, fiber muxes, routers, media converters, communication cables, power supplies, and ground potential rise isolation equipment
- Will coordinate the documentation of SCADA installations with Corporate Graphics and Documentation Group
- Will coordinate with field personnel to commission telecommunications media into utility sites, such as substations and generation plants
