Job Description

H&M, an established and growing EPC firm in Pasadena, TX, seeks a technical recruitment manager to supply engineering, design and management talent for H&M projects and customer staffing.  H&M's core competence is in design and construction for the chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas industries.

The recruitment function is new to H&M and will be set up as an independent business unit.  We view talent acquisition as the primary barrier to our growth, and are committed to finding the best people to make our jobs successful.  We are seeking an entrepreneurial recruiter with a "can do" attitude and a problem solver who enjoys challenges and has a penchant for business development and organizational management.  The recruitment manager will assist with the venture start up, including being involved in decisions regarding company structure, business strategy, customer development, recruitment procedures, etc.

The selected applicant will be paid a salary plus commission, with a potential partnership track in the new business venture.

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years experience in the recruitment of EPC talent for industry in the Gulf Coast area
