Sub Contract Engineer for Qatar

Aarvi Encon is an ISO 9001:2000 Detailed Engineering and Project Management Consultancy Company providing service to Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Power & Infrastructure sectors.

We are looking for Sub-Contract Engineer for 1 year extendable contract with our client, an International Oil & Gas Consultancy in Qatar. There is scope for Direct Hire after contract completion.

Educational Qualification:B.E/ B.Tech

Experience:Minimum 10 years experience Sub contract of Engineering services. Experience Sub Contract administration in Offshore / Oil & Gas.
Conversant with Sub Contracting of Construction packages/LSTK in EPIC companies.

Job Description:
Review of Technical project specifications
Estimation of Material ,Equipment, Services and performance requirement
Development of Tender Documents, Develops tender budget and forecasts Floating and handle subcontract enquiries
Review of subcontracts proposal, Commercial Bid Evaluation, Subcontract negotiations
Development of bid tabulations and recommends choice of subcontractor
Development of Subcontract Agreement and Award of Subcontract Agreement
Analysis and Preparation of Contractual Letters between Contractor and Subcontractor
Coordination with Subcontractors and site related matters, Subcontract Monitoring
Analysis, Monitoring & Expedite the Subcontract Milestone Completion, Payment Schedules
Coordination with Project Engineering Team, Subcontract Claim Analysis and Finalization
Subcontract Dispute resolution, Monitoring and communicates contract's progress
Subcontract Close-out.

Commissioning Personnel for Qatar

We are looking for following Commissioning Personnel for 6 months Extendable Contract with our client, a leading EPC Contracting company in Qatar for Building Construction Projects.

1. IT/Telecom Engineer (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 2 Nos.

2. ACS/CCTV/Fire Alarm Engineer (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 2 Nos.

3. BMS Engineer (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 2 Nos.

4. Mechanical Engineer with background in Fire Fighting/Plumbing/Piping (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 3 person

5. Mechanical Engineer with background in HVAC (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 3 Nos.

6. Electrical Engineer with background in Building services (minimum 5 years experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning) – 3 Nos.



Candidate should be Diploma Holder with related Certifications & experience of 5 years or above. Gulf Experience will be an added advantage.

Project Controller for Qatar

We are looking for Project Controller for 2 Year Contract with our client, a leading EPC Contractor in Qatar.

Job Description is given below:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering of relevant discipline.
• Project Management Certificate is an asset. `

Minimum Experience:

• 10 - 15 years experience in a project controller role, mainly in major projects
• Experience in Aluminium Industries is an asset.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Business skills and understanding,
• Professional knowledge in major project control.
• Ability to handle different kinds of tasks and situations requiring search for solutions and application of judgement within the area of expertise and acquired knowledge.
